PAYMENT VALIDATES BOOKING:Secure your booking by paying a non-refundable deposit, and note Picture deliver won’t be possible unless full payment is settled.
CLIENT COOPERATION:To ensure a seamless photo session, clients are kindly expected to provide all necessary information and cooperate throughout the shoot.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:Secure your booking by paying a non-refundable deposit, and make sure the full payment is settled by the date of your photo session or event.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:Notify us in advance about any cancellations or rescheduling and be aware that cancellations within 48 hours might result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
IMAGE DELIVERY:Expect your professionally edited images within the agreed-upon timeframe, and we’ll provide you with a download link for your high-resolution pictures.
CLIENT COOPERATION:Ensure a smooth photo session by providing necessary information and cooperating during the shoot. Notify us in advance if there are any delays or changes to the schedule.
DELIVERY ERRORS:Report any errors or issues with the delivered images within a specified timeframe to allow us address and rectify them promptly.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:Any additional services beyond our initial agreement may incur extra charges.
